Kushavarta Ghat is one of the most sacred bathing spots in the holy city of Haridwar which is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas in India. The whole atmosphere becomes lively and serene during sunset as locals, tourists, and devotees gather in large numbers to witness the holy rituals and take the blessings of the Goddess Ganga.The Kushavarta Ghat is also a popular destination for yoga and meditation sessions. Every morning and evening one can find devotees practicing yoga and meditation in the footsteps of the sacred Ganges River. It is said that the holy water of the Ganges is believed to have healing powers and therefore, devotees come here to benefit from its positive vibrations and seek spiritual solace.Apart from being a popular destination for yoga, meditation, and ritualistic bathing, the Kushavarta Ghat is also home to many famous temples such as the Dakshineshwar Temple, Radhakrishna Temple, and Maa Mansa Devi Temple.
