  • 1. Purchased itineraries are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • 2. A refund for a transaction will be facilitated in the event of a failed transaction wherein the amount has been debited, or if the user has been charged twice. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within a suitable number of working days, subject to bank processing times.

  • 3. Our itineraries do not depend on user’s travel dates. Hence, if a user changes their travel dates, the same itinerary can be updated with the new dates.

  • 4. In any other circumstances not listed above, refunds will not be issued.
